BIODISS is building a diversified industrial and infrastructure-driven portfolio that spans agro-processing, natural resources, and heavy equipment solutions across key global markets. In India, the company is developing a modern rice processing facility focused on efficient procurement, advanced milling technology, and high-quality packaging to serve both domestic and international markets. The strategy is built on strong farmer partnerships, optimized supply chain management, and automation to ensure consistent quality, reduced waste, and competitive production output. At the same time, BIODISS is establishing a natural rubber processing factory in Africa, leveraging local plantation resources to produce export-grade rubber for global industrial demand. This project emphasizes sustainable sourcing, fair partnerships with local growers, eco-friendly processing methods, and strong compliance with international quality standards. Both agro and resource-based ventures are designed with scalable operations, phased implementation, and export-oriented growth strategies.
Alongside these, BIODISS is expanding into the construction machinery and transport equipment sector to support infrastructure development across emerging markets. This division focuses on importing, assembling, leasing, and distributing heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, loaders, and transport vehicles. The strategy includes partnerships with global manufacturers, establishment of maintenance and service hubs, and creation of rental and leasing models to generate recurring revenue. Digital systems for fleet management, equipment tracking, and maintenance scheduling are integrated to improve efficiency and customer service. This business line is designed not only as a standalone revenue stream but also as a supporting backbone for BIODISS’s construction and development projects.
